A: Soon. You will soon be able to pay by check or money order by using our secure checkout system. you may also use PayPal to pay with a check.
Q: How can I check the status of my order?
A: Click on the my account link near the top of our site. Log in with the e-mail address you used to place your order. Then, click on Review Orders / Track Packages.
Q: Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
A: The tax rate you are charged is based on where your order is being shipped to. We charge sales tax on orders shipping to locations in Michigan, because we are located in Michigan. The sales tax rate for the state of Michigan is 6%. Orders that are being shipped to any other destination than Michigan are not taxed, even if the billing address is located in Michigan.
Q: Do you ship to Canada or Internationally?
A: Yes! We currently do ship to Canada, however, if you wish to make an international shipment, please call or email us for a shipping quote.

A: Yes. Transactions are protected through the use of a 128-bit encrypted secure connection between your computer and our web site. We use Verisign as our security provider. You can be sure that when you place an order on our web site, your private information is safe. Q: When will I get my package?
A: In-stock items will leave our warehouse in Traverse City either the same or next business day (Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Standard/Daylight Time) from when you place your order.
Once your shipment leaves our warehouse, the length of time it will take to reach its destination is dependent on where the destination is. Our warehouse is in Michigan, so Ground shipments destined for the Midwest and surrounding areas generally arrive in 1-3 business days. Ground shipments going to the East Coast will take about 2-4 business days, and those going to the West Coast, Florida, usually take about 4-6 business days.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: If you are not completely satisfied with your product from EcoMowers.com, please return it for an exchange or credit within 30 days of your purchase. Returned products must be in un-used condition, this includes mowers, trimmers and all power equipment. Used items are subject to a 30% restocking/cleaning fee. This fee was established to protect our company from returned mowers which are clearly dirty, used, and not suitable for resale. Most returns require a 0% restock fee.
Q: How Do I Return My item?
A: This is easy! If you would like to return an item please take a moment and email firstname.lastname@example.org. You must email to arrange a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). We will send you return instructions specific to the product you would like to return. Items must be returned in good condition to receive a refund or are subject to a small restocking/cleaning fee. Cleaning fees vary with the condition in which the product arrives back to us. If the product is in excellent condition, the cleaning fee is $10.00.
Q: What is a promotion code? How do I get one?
A: A promotion code is a combination of letters and/or numbers that may be entered into the on-line shopping cart, or given to a customer service representative over the phone, that allows you to receive a discount on your order. To receive promotion codes from us, you may sign up for our e-mail newsletter. Our e-mail newsletters will often contain promotion codes you can use when placing orders with us.
